Kulbir Colin Singh Dhillon is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in mobility, smart cities, and digital manufacturing. As President of ImagineQ Inc., he drives trans-formative innovation, investment, and workforce development across industries.Previously, as Chief Technical Officer at the APMA, Colin led Project Arrow, Canada’s first all-electric vehicle prototype, positioning the country at the forefront of zero-emission technologies and helping to attract over $40B in investments. His expertise spans cyber-security, smart infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and, recently semiconductors and nuclear energy, shaping the future of connected and autonomous technologies.A recognized thought leader and global keynote speaker, Colin is also the author of the Amazon bestseller The Three Houses: Journey to a Better Life and the forthcoming Soulful AI, which explores the intersection of emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence.
Beyond business, he co-founded the Centre for Designing Change (CDC) and the Sikh Heritage Museum of Canada, reflecting his deep commitment to innovation, culture, and community.
